These pages are written for players and app store reviewers. They should be reviewed with legal counsel before publication.
Delete In the App
If account deletion is available in your version of Riddle Quest, open the app, go to Settings or Account, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. You may be asked to sign in again before deletion to help protect your account.
If you do not see an in-app deletion option, use the manual request process below.
Manual Email Request
Send an account deletion request to roobs@roobsworld.com or roobs@roobsworld.com. Include enough information for us to find the account:
- Your Riddle Quest account email address.
- Your username or display name.
- Your sign-in method, such as email, Google Sign-In, or Facebook Login.
- Your approximate account creation date, if known.
- A clear statement that you want your Riddle Quest account deleted.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account data that can reasonably be tied to you, including your Firebase account record, email, username, avatar, profile settings, gameplay progress, leaderboard profile fields, push notification token, and support records where practical.
What May Be Kept
Some records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary, such as in-app purchase receipts and entitlement history, fraud prevention records, financial records, security logs, crash or diagnostic records that are no longer easily tied to your account, legal records, or records needed to complete a pending support or dispute request.
Coins, Purchases, and Leaderboards
Deleting your account can permanently remove gameplay progress, coin balances, rewards, saved settings, leaderboard entries, and app profile data. App store purchase history remains managed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period. Complex requests, identity verification, fraud checks, backups, or legal obligations may affect timing. We will use practical contact language if more information is needed to complete the request.
