These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement apply to the Riddle Quest mobile app and related services operated by Roobs World Limited. By downloading, accessing, or using Riddle Quest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Riddle Quest may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Store pages should be added here when available:

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Riddle Quest for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store that provided the app. You do not own the app, game content, artwork, code, riddles, brand, or services.

You may need an account to save progress, use leaderboards, purchase coin packs, receive rewards, or use social login. Keep your account credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players.
• Do not upload or choose usernames, avatars, or profile content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, tamper with the app, manipulate scores, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or interfere with servers, ads, purchases, rewards, leaderboards, or security systems.
• Do not sell, trade, transfer, or sublicense accounts, virtual coins, rewards, or app access except where we expressly allow it in the app.

User content can include usernames, avatars, profile fields, support messages, and any other content you submit. You keep any rights you have in your user content, but you give us permission to host, store, display, moderate, remove, and use it as needed to operate Riddle Quest, provide leaderboards, protect users, and respond to support or legal requests.

Coins, hints, boosts, streak rewards, ad rewards, and similar items are virtual game items. They have no cash value, are not money or property, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the app unless we explicitly say otherwise. We may adjust game balance, rewards, item availability, and coin pricing where reasonably needed to operate the game.

Coin packs and other in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Your payment relationship is with the store provider. Refund requests, payment disputes, billing details, taxes, and payment method issues are generally handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. If a purchase does not appear in the app, contact roobs@roobsworld.com with your account email, store, product, approximate purchase time, and receipt or order reference if available.

Riddle Quest may show ads, including rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only when the app and ad provider confirm that the reward conditions were met. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and ad provider rules.

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate access to the app, account features, coins, leaderboards, rewards, or user content if we reasonably believe there has been cheating, abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

Riddle Quest may change over time. Features, riddles, modes, rewards, ads, purchases, leaderboards, and supported platforms may be added, changed, paused, or removed. We try to keep the app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Riddle Quest is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will meet every expectation, be compatible with every device, or be free from every bug, outage, data loss, or content error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roobs World Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from Riddle Quest. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
